What is preorder?

In Storgē, we do not mass produce our products as we want to maintain exclusivity in our pieces, hence we would occasionally offer pre orders for new launches. A preorder is a purchase made in advance of a product's official release date. It allows our customers to secure their item before the official launch date

Why should I preorder a product?

Preordering can be beneficial because it ensures you will get it and not miss out on our collection

Can I cancel or change my preorder?

While our sale is final upon payment, you may write to us at storgeinc@gmail.com or contact us through our IG @storgeinc and we can evaluate your request for cancellation. 

Is there a limited quantity of pre order items available? 

It's possible that pre order quantities may be limited, so it's a good idea to secure your item early if you're interested.

When can I expect my preorder to arrive?

Pre Order time frame varies according to our products as in Storgē we emphasise in ensuring our products are carefully made and checked before shipping it out. Please note that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and this could cause delays to your order. While we cannot provide an absolute assurance of delivery within the estimated timeframe, we are committed to striving for adherence as closely as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we assure you that the exceptional quality of our products will make the wait worthwhile. Please join only if you’re comfortable.

How do I get updates for my Preorder?

We recommend following our Instagram @storegeinc as we will share all our latest news and updates on our social media platform.

Can I return a preorder item if I change my mind?

If you have not opened or used the Storgē product and wish to return it for any reason, you may write to us at storgeinc@gmail.com and we will evaluate on a case by case basis within 14 days upon delivery date.

What is your shipping policy?

When your order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and additional time for delivery. 

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we do not provide worldwide shipping at the moment.

Can I choose my delivery timing and date?

We are unable to allow customers to choose their delivery timing and date.

Can I track my order?

Yes, the tracking number will be sent to the email that you used to register with us once your order has been shipped.

My order consists of ready stocks and preorder items. Will it be a split shipment?

Yes, it will be a split shipment. Ready stocks will be shipped first while the preorder item will be shipped once the pre order arrives. If you have any concerns regarding the delivery, feel free to contact us at storgeinc@gmail.com

I need my order urgently, who can I contact?

If you need your order much sooner than our fulfilment timeline, please write to us at storgeinc@gmail.com, we will always try our best to help!

Kindly drop us an email to storgeinc@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate the changes

We do not provide gift wrapping services. But we can include a handwritten note card to your receiver. Just let us know in the note box when you place your order, along with your message or wishes to your receiver. Our products are also beautifully packaged, making them perfect for gifting.

At the moment, we do not offer customization services. However, we regularly introduce new designs and prints to cater to different preferences.

Our kids bags, blankets, and swim day items are designed for children of various age groups, typically ranging from toddlers to pre-teens.
