In Storgē, we truly value your satisfaction and want to make sure you have a wonderful experience with our products. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with our product. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when it comes to returns and refunds.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Please note that all preorder purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the case of defective or damaged products.

Storgē offers refunds and returns for the following situations:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: We will offer you a refund if you have found the product to be defective upon receiving it, provided the products have not been used.
  • Incorrect Products: If we mistakenly send you the wrong product, please contact us to request a refund or the correct product. 

Important: For any damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must notify us within 3 working days of receiving the item, based on the delivery date reflected by the courier, and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

All approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credits only, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable.

Please note:

  • Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Refunds are granted only for items that meet our return eligibility criteria (e.g., defective, wrong item received, etc.).
  • Once issued, the store credit amount will reflect the value of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping or handling fees.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Write in to our customer support team via storgeinc@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 3 working days, though response times may vary during peak periods.
  • Upon return is approved by the Storgē Inc team, kindly pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

 

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect the returned Storgē product, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

 

SHIPPING COST

Storgē will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

For returns of unopened and unused products for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, the Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

EXCLUSIONS

Storgē does not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been:

  1. Opened and used unless they are damaged or defective upon receiving.
  2. Altered or modified in any way.
  3. Purchased from a third-party seller. Please refer to the seller's return policy in such cases.
  4. Sales item / Items purchase on events or fairs.
  5. Items that are sold as a defect at a discounted price. 

 

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Storgē reserves the right to modify or update this refund and return policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
