REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Storgē offers refunds and returns for the following situations:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: We will offer you a refund within 14 days of sale or delivery if you have found the product to be defective upon receiving it, provided the products have not been used.
  • Incorrect Products: If we mistakenly send you the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to request a refund or the correct product.
  • Unopened and Unused Products: If you have not opened or used the Storgē product and wish to return it for any reason, you may write to us : storgeinc@gmail.com and we will evaluate case by case basis within 14 days upon delivery date.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at Instagram @storgeinc or write to us storgeinc@gmail.com. Our team will respond to you within 3 working days.
  • Upon return is approved by the Storgē Inc team, kindly pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

 

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect the returned Storgē product, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

 

SHIPPING COST

Storgē will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

For returns of unopened and unused products for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, the Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

EXCLUSIONS

Storgē does not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been:

  1. Opened and used unless they are damaged or defective upon receiving.
  2. Altered or modified in any way.
  3. Purchased from a third-party seller. Please refer to the seller's return policy in such cases.
  4. Sales item / Items purchase on events or fairs.
  5. Items that are sold as a defect at a discounted price.
